SouthGrid Update

Had some problems with LHCb users
Upgraded WN's to SL4
Disk failed on the se raid 5 disk array.
Upgraded the SL3 cluster to update 37. Some problems with the se, the DPM pool nodes had not had the latest lcg-vomscerts rpm applied. Secondly the site-info.def file on some of the nodes had an old entry for the ops vo which meant the gridmap file was not being created correctly.
This was changed to include:

VO_OPS_VOMSES="'ops 15009 /DC=ch/DC=cern/OU=computers/ ops'
'ops 15009 /DC=ch/DC=cern/OU=computers/ ops'"

The addition of being the important bit, ( was the old entry.

The BDII failed on Monday 3rd. A reboot fixed this.

So now that Oxford is uptodate we can go ahead and add support for some new VOs,
SouthGrid, gridpp and supernemo.
